I started my Career with Remax Vision in 2006 as a Real estate Sales Person, with a long term vision and goal in this field. Real estate compliments my attributes, education, and acumen.
During my years as a Real Estate Sales representative, I have sold and transacted Real estate throughout GTA both in Residential and commercial. In 2009 completed my Broker License and was instrumental in providing support and guidance to peers in my Brokerage while attaining Top Remax Awards for a decade continuously Including Hall OF Fame & Top 50 Agents In Canada. In the Year 2015, I Achieved Royal Lepage, Top Ten Sales Performance award, Sales Excellence Award, Diamond Sales Performance, and Chairman’s Award.
Through a realistic and attainable vision, in understanding the holistic business of operating a full-service brokerage through experience as a sales representative, business goals were being developed of opening a professional full-service brokerage realty. As the opportunity presented itself in 2016, my license as a broker was utilized to open my full-service brokerage called Realbiz Realty Inc, Brokerage.
Initially started off by Driving results and generating revenue by analyzing feedback, making recommendations, partnering with Internal Stakeholders, RECO, TREB, Marketing Firms, Training Department, Vendors and other business partners to drive a Relationship Care servicing ethos within Operations. Effectively providing end to end service to contract employees, customers and clients.
Mainesh has attained a progressive career in Real Estate in a management role within the brokerage, being employed for few years, supporting New Sales Representative and Professionals to provide exceptional customer service, enhance revenue, achieve performance targets, and optimize brokerage profitability.
Mainesh partners with internal/external stakeholders including Marketing, Operations, Training, and administration team to develop a culture of building Relationships with Customers and Clients. His background in teaching adults has been instrumental in training and development with the assistance of the mentioned stakeholders. Mainesh brings an abundance of leadership qualities in this role as being a People leader for two decades in a customer service environment allows for him to impart his experience knowledge and skills to the leaders and representatives of this brokerage.
